Exclusive Sneak Peek: Local Artist on Cover at the POPS

People love this local artist and speaker, Tim Gagnon, who is best known for his “Fire Painting” Performance Art. Mr. Gagnon answered Panama City POPS Orchestra's Call to Artists by submitting his "Maestro" artwork in a competition and generating the most votes. 

We stole him away from his Paint Your Art Out at the Visual Arts Center of Northwest Florida class to snap a few picture on Wednesday evening and as you can see it was a lot of fun. He is very professional, funny and quite a charmer. We wish him best of luck in all he does!

Sneak Peek: Logo Design

I am thrilled to finally be able to show you a sneak peek of the logo that was in the making for a few weeks. It has nice modern feel to it with a mix of classic forms. The bold font, the contrast and a pop of color created great visual clarity and a youthful character. It prints well even on a small scale and in black and white. I really enjoyed this project.

Vacation Bible School Stage Production

June 10 - 14, 2012

St. Andrew Baptist Church has asked me to take charge of the stage production this year. This journey started a little over a month ago and here we are looking at the day 1 of VBS. It has been quite a challenge for me and my 4 team members who have graciously volunteered to help build the stage. Thank you Bruce Dzadek [hanger leader], Tim Bernard [radio tower], Mark Chastain [3D plane], as well as Derek Boggs [media director] and George [extra helper]. Many more were involved in making this happen. Thank you St. Andrew Baptist Church and most of all God. May this be a tool to bring kids in closer relationship with our heavenly Father and make a positive impact on our kids and community.
